300 Ouellette hosts the School of Computer Science and is located at the corner of Ouellette Ave and University Street East. This building was acquired in early 2022 with the goal of creating a technology innovation centre and community hub.

The main entrance is located on the west side of the building, facing Ouellette Ave. and is not accessible. This entrance is located up one set of stairs to a balcony. Once inside the building, visitors must access another set of stairs to reach the third floor to the student lounge. Another set of stairs provides access to the fourth floor where the School of Computer Science is located. This is a secured building and will require card/fob access. There is a sign posted with instructions with phone numbers to contact for access.

The 3rd floor button provides access to the third floor where the student lounge is located. The 5th floor button provides access to the fourth floor where the School of Computer Science is located.
Bike racks are in the University of Windsor parking lot east of the AWCCA. Additional bike racks are in front of the Armouries and along Ouellette Street.
Accessible and universal washrooms may vary due to the age of the building and evolving built environment standards.
An accessible water fountain is located near the washrooms on the 3rd floor.
