What Lancers Are Saying

Lourdes Taan - Student
I find the classes to be extremely interesting, and the knowledge I have gained will be beneficial in my future plans. I have had amazing professors who deliver their lectures in enjoyable ways, making you want to learn more, and I have met so many incredible people who have made my experience the best it could be. Criminology requires a lot of research, reading, writing, and interpreting theories. My goal after university is to attend law school and hopefully become a lawyer, and I believe that these skills will help me succeed in my journey. I have learned what it takes to become a leader, and the importance of peer support and team work. I continue to learn the value in hard work, especially in my academics, which I know will help me in achieving my future career goals. Finally, I feel that the positive people I have surrounded myself with have made this journey worth it.
