I came to Canada from Malaysia and am currently working and living in Toronto, Canada, as a Digital Marketing Specialist at a start-up. I graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree, double majored in Visual Arts and Communication, Media, and Film.
My favourite thing about the University of Windsor is the tight-knit community, the faculty, the International Student Centre and my peers, both domestic and international.

I came to Canada from Indonesia. I was enrolled in Master of Management in the International Accounting and Finance stream. The Odette Career Services was very helpful, they prepared me to build a strong resume, proper cover letter, and how to perform well during the interview process. My advice for international students would be to stay persistent and consistent while applying for a job, because finding employment is a journey, not a one-week effort. Never surrender even when facing adversity and challenge, if you keep working at it, one day you will succeed.

The University of Windsor’s Tuition Guarantee allows ALL international students (excluding those covered by the US Neighbour rate) to be assured of their tuition by seeing stability in base tuition for their program duration.
International students who do not meet the English language proficiency requirement may be accepted into their program on the condition they complete the English Language Improvement Program (ELIP) before starting their degree.
The ISC provides a variety of quality services and programs to support almost 4,000 UWindsor international students, scholars, and their family members from over 92 different countries.
The University of Windsor sits on the traditional territory of the Three Fires Confederacy of First Nations, which includes the Ojibwa, the Odawa, and the Potawatomi. We respect the longstanding relationships with First Nations people in this place in the 100-mile Windsor-Essex peninsula and the straits – les détroits – of Detroit.
