The Centre for English Language Development (CELD) provides high-quality English language training to international students and professionals. Our mission is to prepare you for success in your academic and professional journey at the University of Windsor.
ELIP 1
At the end of Level 1, students can function confidently with basic academic English and begin participating in university-style tasks.
ELIP 2
Students can operate more independently in academic contexts and are preparing for university-level English tasks.
ELIP 3
Successful completion of Level 3 equips students with the advanced English skills needed for university study and satisfies English language proficiency requirements for University of Windsor academic programs.
