The new Mechatronic Systems Engineering (MSE) program aims to leverage machine learning, artificial intelligence, and computer vision techniques to enhance mechatronics system performance. The MSE program offers two areas of specialization: 1) Autonomous Vehicles and 2) Intelligent Manufacturing, which are in increasingly high demand in the labour market. Graduates of the MSE program will possess a deep understanding of both theoretical concepts and practical applications, enabling them to contribute to advancing technology and tackling current and future engineering challenges.

The University of Windsor sits on the traditional territory of the Three Fires Confederacy of First Nations, which includes the Ojibwa, the Odawa, and the Potawatomi. We respect the longstanding relationships with First Nations people in this place in the 100-mile Windsor-Essex peninsula and the straits – les détroits – of Detroit.
