What is the
Global Lancer Scholarship?
The Global Lancer Scholarship is a financial award offered to international undergraduate students entering directly from full-time secondary school who are paying international tuition rates. It provides up to $24,000 over four years (equivalent to up to 20% of tuition savings) based on the student’s academic performance. The scholarship amount varies according to the applicant’s grade range and is renewable each year with a 70% cumulative average.
How do I apply?
You will automatically be considered for the Global Lancer Scholarship when you apply to one of the qualifying programs at the University of Windsor and meet all of the requirements listed below. There are no required additional application steps for the Global Lancer Scholarship.

Who can apply?
International students applying to any undergraduate program who are coming directly from full-time secondary school and who are paying international tuition rates, will be considered. Applicants must meet the scholarship’s academic requirements, which are based on their final grade average:
95%+ grade range – $24,000 over four years
90–94.99% grade range – $20,000 over four years
80–89.99% grade range – $10,000 over four years
Below 80% grade range – $4,000 over four years
