Throughout the week, you’ll dive into hands-on experiences within our faculties, take guided tours of campus, and get a feel for the spaces where learning, research, and student life come together. You’ll also have the chance to meet fellow future Lancers, connect with professors, and chat with staff who are here to support you every step of the way.

Faculty-Specific Sessions (In-Person):
Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences
Curious what it’s really like to be a FAHSS student? Shadow a current FAHSS student and experience a real day in the Faculty of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. Attend a class, join conversations, meet students and faculty, and explore how FAHSS students create, inspire, and lead. This is a FAHSS experience to enjoy.
Business
Curious about life as an Odette student? Spend a day at the Odette School of Business and experience it for yourself! You’ll be paired with a student who shares your business interests, sit in on a lecture, connect with classmates and professors, enjoy a meal in the new Residence Cafeteria, and learn about the HOUSE mentorship program. It’s your chance to see what your future in business could look like!
Engineering
Join us on March 17th for Engineering Program Information Day, where attendees can connect with the WINONE First-Year Office as well as faculty, staff, and students representing all six undergraduate engineering programs to learn about courses, Capstone projects, career pathways, and student support services. Visitors can explore program details in Civil, Electrical, Environmental, Industrial, Mechanical, and Mechatronic Systems Engineering, meet members of the engineering community, tour the building, and drop in anytime between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Engineering - 3D Printing
The University of Windsor Faculty of Engineering is hosting a free workshop at its Centre for Engineering Innovation (CEI) on Tuesday, March 17th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. for Grade 11 and 12 students interested in 3D printing and design modeling using Fusion 360, with no prior experience required. Participants will design a keychain digitally, watch it come to life through real-time 3D printing, and learn about innovations in the 3D Printing Makerspace and IDEA Labs, showcasing how these spaces foster creativity, hands-on learning, and engineering-focused projects.
Nursing
Looking for something to do on your March break? You are invited to join us for an exclusive applicant event on Monday, March 16th! During the event you’ll have the opportunity to hear more about the Nursing program, ask questions, visit a lab and participate in activities with our Peer Mentors, and attend a lecture in our Year 1 Pharmacology & Medication Management course.
Science
Senior high school students are invited to experience campus life at the University of Windsor during their PD days with an exciting half-day Science Shadowing Program! Tour the Faculty of Science, enjoy lunch with a student ambassador, sit in on an undergraduate Chemistry class, and get all your questions answered about what it’s really like to be a UWindsor Science student. It’s the perfect way to see yourself here!
