With over 20 years of progressive management experience leading dynamic teams, Anne joined the Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor in 2019 as a Sessional Lecturer. Courses taught within the Master of Management Program include Business Communications and Managing Employees.
Anne brings a unique skillset to the Master of Management Program, a skilled business communicator with expertise in operations management, corporate governance, strategic planning, relationship building, and risk management. At the University of Windsor, she has served as Manager Medical Education in the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, overseeing the operations of the Medical School, and as Accessibility and Human Rights Manager in the Office of Human Rights, Equity and Accessibility. She also has executive management experience as Chief of Staff/Corporate Secretary for the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority, and led corporate, administrative, and legislative functions for the City of Woodstock as Deputy City Clerk. Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science, a Master of Public Administration (MPA), and advanced training in Conflict Management and Mediation.
In the community Anne has served on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters Windsor-Essex and works as a consultant and trainer on governance training for local non-profit boards with MTeams. Anne’s areas of interest include conflict management and navigating difficult conversations, corporate governance, mentorship, and leadership development.
