Kyle Brykman

Kyle Brykman is an Associate Professor of Management and the VPRI Early Career Research Chair at the Odette School of Business. Kyle’s mission is to help people lead happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives at work. He is an award-winning teacher and researcher, with a passion for building stronger teams through cutting-edge research, engaging training, and personalized leadership coaching. Kyle holds a PhD in Management from Queen’s Smith School of Business, an MSc in Management from Wilfrid Laurier University, and an HBA from the Ivey School of Business.
