Yawo Mamoua Kobara

Dr. Yawo Kobara is an Assistant Professor of Statistics and Data Analytics at the Odette School of Business. He received his Ph.D. in Statistics and Actuarial Sciences from Western University.

His research interests include healthcare service management analytics, stochastic processes, and queueing theory applications. His current research pursuits seek to better understand and optimize healthcare management systems. Yawo’s research has been published in a wide range of journals including Regional Studies, Operation Research for Healthcare, International journal of Healthcare Management, and Systems.

He has an extensive teaching and teaching related experience in various universities teaching Data Analysis, Business Analytic and Financial Engineering. He bring in a diversified wealth of knowledge and experience.
