The Centre for English Language Development (CELD) provides high-quality English language training to international students and professionals. Our mission is to prepare you for success in your academic journey at the University of Windsor as well as in your professional life/career beyond graduation.
ELIP 1
At the end of Level 1, students can function confidently with basic academic English and begin participating in university-style tasks.
ELIP 2
Students can operate more independently in academic contexts and are preparing for university-level English tasks.
ELIP 3
Successful completion of Level 3 equips students with the advanced English skills needed for university study and satisfies English language proficiency requirements for University of Windsor academic programs.
