Two degrees and one diploma in five years instead of seven. That’s efficient! This program is offered in co-operation with St. Clair College. You’ll earn a General B.A. in Psychology and a B.Ed. at the University of Windsor, plus an ECE diploma at St. Clair College. in only five years you’ll eligible to teach JK to Grade 6.

I’ve truly enjoyed being in the Concurrent Education program. Being able to get two degrees and a diploma within 5 years has granted me a number of opportunities to make new friends with those in my program, build connections with students and teachers at local schools, and create a positive impact on campus and in my community. My placement experiences provided me with the opportunity to have a hands-on experience working alongside an Ontario Certified Teacher and students in a classroom. Being able to work with students and practice my teaching allowed me build connections with the teachers and students. This experience gave me the opportunity to be an emergency supply teacher and increase my confidence in being in the classroom. I do believe that my experiences have helped me in having a successful career.
